Pagu

Being a Pug and designer art toy fan, I wanted to create a fun, whimsical version of a Pug to eventually produce as a small run resin figure. At the time there were some images floating around social media of a pug that looked like a loaf of bread. Taking that as a starting point, I wanted to create a super boxy and stubby Pug. After a few iterations, I settled on the design you see here. Originally I created this in ZBrush and did end up getting it 3D printed, made a mold, and casted a few out of resin, but I didn't get much farther on that project. Pagu will live on in the digital realm for now...
